I purchased this to fit rifles or shotguns,without mounting adapter plates-which it will do.it is well made ; relatively inexpensive.I marked it down because the sales photos legs look longer. I wish it were longer,as large magazines contact the ground.I would also prefer a tighter clamp fit-but that is a trade-off for versatility. overall it quite is satisfactory.

After buying the UTG Low-Profile Dragon Claw Clamp-on Barrel Bipod I mounted it on my Gamo Whisper Deluxe. It was easy as 1,2,3. It works very well and is a great product for the price. With all the break barrell pellet guns out today this is an excellent bi-pod to use as it allows you to move the bi-pod forward on the barrell instead of back on the stock and therfore makes balance really nice. I highly recomend it!
